2 scoops Infinite Labs Sweet Potato Powder
1 scoop Infinite Labs 100% Whey Isolate vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water
1 full drop vanilla stevia
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Stir together. Pour batter onto a sprayed pan on medium heat, and cook on both sides.
Protein Frosting: 1/2 scoop 100% Whey Isolate vanilla mixed with 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water.
